About this template
Made with boards, foundations and award committees in mind, this Hall of Fame Certificate helps you name a winner and make it official without starting from a blank page. Look closely and you will notice a medal and a sunburst, set off by Cinzel Decorative lettering in sunshine yellow.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Highly commended: [Name], for [Entry title]. The judges were impressed.
In recognition of [Name], whose work was judged best in [Category] by [Judges].
First place: [Name]. Presented at [Event] on [Date] in recognition of an outstanding entry.
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the class of fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. The design comes with three colour schemes (Black & Gold, Midnight Sapphire and Emerald Lacquer), and every single colour can be changed. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
For the best result, print on ivory or parchment paper of 160–200 gsm. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. Because of the dark background, check your ink first, or send the PDF to a local print shop.
