About this template
If you need to name a winner and make it official, this Safety Star Award does it with a contemporary layout that sales leaders, managers and HR teams will recognise straight away. The colour scheme you see, Hi-vis Orange, is one of three built into the design, with scattered stars at the heart of the layout. Change a few words and it doubles as a training certificate.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
This certificate is presented to [Name] for winning [Category] at [Competition].
First place: [Name]. Presented at [Event] on [Date] in recognition of an outstanding entry.
In recognition of [Name], whose work was judged best in [Category] by [Judges].
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the hazards reported, toolbox talks led and near misses closed lines. Colours are yours to change: try Hi-vis Yellow, or match your own brand colours. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
Use a smooth white paper rather than parchment, so the clean lines stay sharp. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
