About this template
The Forest Green Confetti Laboratory Staff Appreciation Certificate is a modern Laboratory Staff Appreciation Certificate template that hospitals, clinics and care homes use to put a thank-you in writing. The colour scheme you see, Green Bench, is one of three built into the design, with balloons and confetti at the heart of the layout. It works just as well as a staff award.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Thank you, [Name], for always going the extra mile. We could not have done it without you.
With sincere thanks to [Name] for [Contribution]. Your generosity made a real difference.
In appreciation of [Name], whose time, energy and kindness helped [Organisation] through [Period].
How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date, samples analysed in 2026 and the signatures. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Schibsted Grotesk and Inter. The design comes with three colour schemes (Lab Blue, Violet Assay and Green Bench), and every single colour can be changed. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
