Here is a contemporary way to celebrate a goal that has been reached: the Teal Wave Team Achievement Award, a template that suits managers, HR teams and company leaders. Look closely and you will notice flowing waves and a bold band of colour, set off by Familjen Grotesk lettering in teal. Change a few words and it doubles as a staff award.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
With congratulations to [Name] for reaching [Milestone], a first for [Organisation].
Presented to [Name] in recognition of outstanding achievement in [Area] during [Year].
This certificate recognises [Name] for Team Achievement: exceptional effort, and an even better outcome.
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the the crew fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Familjen Grotesk and Work Sans. Colours are yours to change: try Lake Blue, or match your own brand colours. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
Use a smooth white paper rather than parchment, so the clean lines stay sharp. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
