The colour scheme you see, Graphite & Emerald, is one of three built into the design, with a bold band of colour at the heart of the layout. You will also find it under Appreciation on CerShare.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.

How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date and the signatures. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Work Sans and IBM Plex Sans. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Colours are yours to change: try Paper & Signal Red, or match your own brand colours. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
Use a smooth white paper rather than parchment, so the clean lines stay sharp. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
