About this template
Whether it is for one person or a whole group, the Indigo Ribbon Infection Control Champion Award gives hospitals, clinics and care homes a clean way to record training that has been completed. The colour scheme you see, Lilac Fresh, is one of three built into the design, with a ribbon at the heart of the layout. It works just as well as a competition award or a staff award.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.

How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the hand hygiene compliance and ward audits led lines. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. Prefer another look? Switch to the Clean Aqua or Mint & Navy colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
