About this template
Here is a crisp way to honour players, finishers and teams: the Charcoal Wave Golf Hole-in-One Certificate, a template that suits sports clubs, coaches and leagues. The colour scheme you see, Links Heather, is one of three built into the design, with flowing waves at the heart of the layout.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Congratulations to [Team], [League] champions [Year].
Presented to [Name], Golf Hole-in-One, [Season]. [Goals] goals, [Assists] assists and endless energy.
In recognition of [Name]’s outstanding performance at [Competition].
How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date, hole, par and distance and the signatures. Prefer another look? Switch to the Clubhouse Green or Navy Blazer colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
