About this template
Use this fun Basketball MVP Award to honour players, finishers and teams. It suits football and basketball clubs, coaches and academies, and anyone else who wants the moment to feel official. With a bold band of colour and Passion One headings, it has a fun feel, while the Teal Arena palette keeps the colours rich. You will also find it under Awards & Competitions on CerShare.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
For [Name]: most improved player of the year, chosen by the coaches of [Club].
In recognition of [Name]’s outstanding performance at [Competition].
This certifies that [Name] has been promoted to [Belt or level] at [Club], [Date].
How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date, points per game, assists per game and games played and the signatures. Prefer another look? Switch to the Hawk Night or Purple Court colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Passion One and Barlow Condensed. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. The background is dark, so a laser printer or a print shop will give the richest colour.
