About this template
Parents, nurseries and early-years teachers reach for designs like this one when they want to turn a small victory into a big moment: a playful Nature Explorer Award that looks as good in a frame as it does in a folder. With leaves and branches and Macondo headings, it has a bright feel, while the Heathland palette keeps the colours fresh. The big, friendly type is easy for young readers to recognise as their own.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.

This award goes to [Name] for being brave, kind and trying your very best.
How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date, spotted on the trail and the signatures. Prefer another look? Switch to the Forest or Riverbank colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
Bright white card of about 220 gsm makes the colours pop and stands up to small hands. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
