About this template
Youth groups, scouts and school programmes reach for designs like this one when they want to turn a small victory into a big moment: a bright Junior Lifesaver Certificate that looks as good in a frame as it does in a folder. On CerShare it comes in the Lagoon Orange colour scheme, with a ribbon as the centrepiece; the lettering pairs Nerko One with Rubik. Children can read it themselves: the name is big and the words are friendly.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
This award goes to [Name] for being brave, kind and trying your very best.
Well done, [Name]! Every day you are getting bigger, braver and better.
Hooray for [Name]! You did it all by yourself, and that deserves a certificate.
How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date, timed swim, rescues passed and stage and the signatures. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Nerko One and Rubik. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. The design comes with three colour schemes (Surf Red, Lagoon Orange and Coral Teal), and every single colour can be changed. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Baloo Bhaijaan 2.
Printing tips
Bright white card of about 220 gsm makes the colours pop and stands up to small hands. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
