About this template
Use this formal Salon Gift Certificate to turn a present into something to unwrap. It suits spas, salons, beauty clinics and wellness studios, and anyone else who wants the moment to feel official. With a bold band of colour and Abhaya Libre headings, it has a formal feel, while the Ink & Champagne palette keeps the colours fresh. Change a few words and it doubles as a membership certificate.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Gift voucher for [Value], redeemable at [Business] before [Date].
Treat yourself, [Name]! Present this voucher for [Service]. Code [CODE123].
Enjoy [Gift], [Name]. Terms: [one line], valid until [Date].
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the to, from and gift value lines. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. The design comes with three colour schemes (Rosewood & Blush, Ink & Champagne and Sage & Brass), and every single colour can be changed. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Markazi Text.
Printing tips
For the best result, print on ivory or parchment paper of 160–200 gsm. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
