About this template
If you need to close a course with something worth keeping, this High-Potential Programme Certificate does it with a crisp layout that leadership programmes and HR teams will recognise straight away. It is shown here in teal, with scattered stars, Sofia Sans headings and Inter Tight for the smaller text. Change a few words and it doubles as a training certificate.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
[Name] finished the High-Potential Programme with a final grade of [Grade]. Congratulations on a course well done.
Presented to [Name] for reaching the final lesson of the High-Potential Programme. Well done, and keep practising.
Awarded to [Name] for completing every module of the High-Potential Programme with commitment and curiosity.
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the performance, potential and future leader lines. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. The design comes with three colour schemes (Violet & Amber, Teal & Tangerine and Crimson & Navy), and every single colour can be changed. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
