Made with managers, HR teams and company leaders in mind, this Onboarding Completion Certificate helps you close a course with something worth keeping without starting from a blank page. It is shown here in fuchsia, with a badge, Gabarito headings and Be Vietnam Pro for the smaller text. Change a few words and it doubles as a certificate of achievement.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
This is to confirm that [Name] attended and completed Onboarding Completion, led by [Instructor], from [Start date] to [End date].
Awarded to [Name] for completing every module of Onboarding Completion with commitment and curiosity.

How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date, completed modules and team member and the signatures. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. The design comes with three colour schemes (Ocean & Lemon, Berry and Mint & Ink), and every single colour can be changed. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Alexandria.
Printing tips
Use a smooth white paper rather than parchment, so the clean lines stay sharp. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
