About this template
Made with motor clubs, driving schools and race organisers in mind, this Off-road Driving Course Certificate helps you close a course with something worth keeping without starting from a blank page. The colour scheme you see, Basalt, is one of three built into the design, with gears at the heart of the layout. It works just as well as a sports certificate.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Completed by [Name] on [Date]: the Off-road Driving Course, including all assignments and the final assessment.
This is to confirm that [Name] attended and completed the Off-road Driving Course, led by [Instructor], from [Start date] to [End date].
Presented to [Name] for reaching the final lesson of the Off-road Driving Course. Well done, and keep practising.
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the terrain days, max side slope and recovery drill fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. Colours are yours to change: try Dune & Olive, or match your own brand colours. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Black Ops One and Barlow Condensed. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
